— Ensure that guest check-in and check-out services are done promptly and courteously
— Address guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
— Understand and work the EPOS system
— Monitor the reservations system and make operations more efficient where possible
— Assist the membership manager with admin concerning membership
— Be aware of all food and beverage menus, operation hours, upcoming events, and other details that may be relevant to members
— Attend meetings and training as required including fire and evacuation drills
— Support and collaborate with staff, offering constructive feedback to sustain a consistent high level of service
— Liaise with heads of departments to ensure a smooth service, giving daily briefings to ensure all areas are fully informed of numbers of covers
— Ensure departments are able to cope with service levels by monitoring reservations and communicating closely
— Liaise at all time with event and marketing department to ensure smooth organization of functions
