At Làlia we thrive on creating community, which is why we host weekly events designed to drive member-to-member connections. With a cultural programme centred around music, art, food and business, you’ll walk away feeling inspired, connected with like-minded individuals, and may even find new collaborators. We also offer family-friendly activities on weekends, and a continual programme of unique networking events in our third-floor gallery space. Or, you could always head to one of our many social areas—set against the backdrop of the buzzing Santa Eulàlia Square—and strike up a conversation. You never know who you might meet.

It’s impossible to live a rich life without the beauty of art—which is why Làlia’s walls are lined with a rotating curation of artworks from predominantly local artists. Among those in our permanent collection are Elisa Braem, Julio Varela, Julia da Mota, Miquel Ángel Campano, Xavier Grau, and Sussy Cazalet, as well as site-specific murals by Tomás Piza and Evi Vingerling. We will also stage a programme of exhibitions and events curated by our in-house art consultant Antoni Ferrer.

Làlia was designed to make ‘going into the office’ an unforgettable experience, every single day. Not only will you be working surrounded by an inspiring curated backdrop, you’ll also have access to the Làlia community to connect, network, and collaborate. Member benefits include dedicated work areas, private phone booths and meeting rooms and a club room for private screening events. Our doors are open from 8:00 to 23.30 Monday to Sunday, allowing you to work hours that suit your lifestyle.

Làlia believes in prioritising your physical and mental wellbeing. Visit our boutique gym for weight and cardio training or attend yoga and pilates classes in our dedicated studio. We specialise in personalised training sessions and offer every member a free one-on-one class with a personal trainer upon membership.

At Làlia, food is a central part of our culture. Our kitchen celebrates the artisans and suppliers of Mallorca and the surrounding Balearics. With a ‘farm to table’ approach, you’ll experience the very best produce from local farmers, winemakers, and beekeepers, as well as from our own farm, Son Fiol. We present these ingredients in their simplest and most natural form, tantalising your tastebuds with unique and surprising flavours—everything finished with a Làlia twist. Our menu is made with fresh produce and changes regularly depending on what’s in season, with a focus on plant-based options.
