KITCHEN PORTER / DISHWASHER

Responsibilities
– Basic food preparation.
– Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas, ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly.
– Uploading and putting away deliveries.
– Garbage needs to be folded & storage in a proper place.
– Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, mixers, machines, electric machines, etc.
– Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
– Supporting other restaurant members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
– Skills to be able to sacrifice animals alive.
