Responsibilities
— Perform opening and closing duties
— Set up the pass, ensuring it is well organized ahead of service
— Help the waiters in preparation of the venue
— Partake in table service
— Collect empty plates and take them to the dishwasher area
— Perform other duties as assigned by management
— Assist kitchen staff in maintaining high cuisine standards for function clients
— Ensuring good hygiene and health and safety at all time
Requirements
