Responsibilities
— Prepare drinks for customers and servers, ensuring that the proper materials and supplies are on hand
— Perform opening and closing side work duties as assigned
— Prepare all the mise en place for operations
— Perform all tasks in the opening and closing checklists
— Assist bartenders and other service team members when necessary
— Report to the assigned manager and follow the chain of command
— Maintain the cleanliness of the bar
— Assist Front of House operations when needed
— Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with company rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the restaurant’s facilities
