Responsibilities & Requirements

– Be self-driven to create the highest quality meals based on our farm values, cultivate new opportunities to move our farm kitchen to its fullest potential.
– Able to produce dishes quickly, creatively and flexibly, since the kitchen is flexible, variable and delicate.
– Minimise food wastage through a good management process.
– Minimum knowledge (06 months) of farm to table service and restaurant.
– Minimum knowledge (06 months) farm and foraging.
– Skills to be able to sacrifice animals alive.
– Manage a team of 03 or more people during service.
– Recycle needs to be a priority.
– Deep cleaning fridges, kitchen, work surfaces and store rooms.
